Acetal Stainless Steel Cable Ties

Hayata’s Acetal Cable Ties are primarily used in open air power and communication installations to secure and route power cables. Acetal, a unique plastic material, provides a high ratio of elasticity coupled with great strength, stiffness, toughness and high impact resistance even at very low temperatures. These ties offer excellent resistance to ultraviolet exposure and can provide up to 20 years of service life in harsh environments including UV, chemical and moisture-intense applications.

Featuring double stainless steel locking barbs for secure cable tie operation and high tensile strength (250 lb.+), the robust Acetal head design allows the tie to be tightened at a variety of angles and incorporates a textured strap surface for surer gripping during installation.

This easy-to-use cable tie meets Telcordia TR-TSY-000789 guidelines for lashed cable supports and maintains tensile strength even for irregular or unusual bundle shapes.
